We are a national real estate investment banking firm specializing in hospitality financing and advisory services. We leverage our deep relationships with lenders, owners and other key stakeholders to create a tailored strategy.
JEFF MCKEE
Founder and Managing Director
Jeff provides the overall strategic direction of the company. He is also active in originations, debt placement, and advisory services. He has overseen several billion dollars of commercial real estate transactions including first mortgages, mezzanine financing, equity, workouts and restructures, and valuations focused primarily in the hospitality sector. Jeff has been in commercial finance since 1989 with a focus on hospitality beginning in 1994.
Jeff previously served as Senior Vice President of GE Commercial Finance, building a successful hospitality finance division from the ground up. He also developed executive level relationships with the nation’s top franchise companies. Jeff has been quoted and published in many hospitality industry periodicals over the years and continues to be a frequent participant on hospitality industry panels.
MICHELLE DOORNINK
Vice President
Michelle is responsible for loan origination, structuring and closing as well as financial modeling, client advisory and loan related services.
Prior to joining Premier Capital Associates in 2021, Michelle held leadership roles with Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Marriott International for 15 years. Her familiarity with downtown, suburban and resort markets across various hotel classes and market cycles is an asset to Premier Capital Associates and our clients.
Michelle graduated from Washington State University, earning a B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Hospitality Business Management.
