Financing Arranged for Holiday Inn Hotel Portland South

Premier Capital Associates, LLC has arranged a refinance in the amount of $11,800,000 for the Holiday Inn Hotel Portland South, Wilsonville, Oregon.

This fully refurbished hotel property includes 170-units located at 25425 SW 95th Avenue. 

Financing was arranged with a regional lender as the hotel borrower was looking to take advantage of current historically low rates and recapitalize renovation costs. Terms and pricing were not disclosed.
